I have a special interest in Women's Health of all ages from Teens to Queens.  Acupuncture has a proven track record in helping correct imbalances that lead to Painful Periods(Dysmenorrhoea), Short or Long Period Cycles, Abscence of Periods, Unexplained Infertility.  Acupuncture can also help those who suffer with Pre-Menstrual tension and Menopausal symptoms which negatively impact a woman's quality of life and emotional wellbeing.  Getting the balance right means Women are healthy, centred, confident, happy and empowered!  We are not meant to suffer with our cycles and we are not meant to suffer with the crossing over into menopause.  Menopause is our second coming.  A time for creating and doing for ourselves instead of for the children we may have borne and raised.  It should be a time of renewal and growth.

Menstruation and Menopause are not diseases.  They are life in its ebb and flow and they are powerful times which we should be able to honour and not dread!
